Today a Sunday cake for Lazy and bon vivants: my raspberry dream! Strictly speaking, a layered dessert, but so delicious that no guest complains if you serve it as a Sunday cake.
Raspberry Dream – A raspberry layered dessert to reinstate
Sometimes I would like to be awarded the title KüchenMacGyver. This is also such a real-nothing-in-the-house-and-anyway-after-5-minutes cake-on-the-table recipe. While MacGyver regularly saves the whole world, maybe I’ll just save the good mood, but that’s worth it. Here comes my super ruckizucki recipe.
You need that
I was in a mood of experimentation and filled the mass into different vessels. But the amount is enough for about 4-6 small jars.
- 200 grams of cream
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 60 grams of sugar
- A little vanilla (from a vanilla mill or a vanilla pod)
- 6 spoon biscuit
- 300 grams of raspberries
How to do it
The raspberry dream is finished. Beat the cream first stiff. Then add sugar and cream cheese until a creamy mass is produced. In between, add vanilla to taste. And then just break the spoon biscuits and layer everything to your heart’s content. Finished!
