Creative Fever Raclette Party
Maike and I have a nice tradition. Whenever we achieve something special with creative fever, we come up against each other at our next meeting. We have been doing this since the first 100 visitors at the beginning of 2012 and now there was something special again: Creative Fever has become 2 years and has recorded over 2.5 million page views during this time. Raclette shopping list
Phew, we had so much on the table, you can not list all that anymore. For raclette, we just run once through the vegetable and fruit department and take everything that appeals to us (small amounts are enough), then we stop briefly with the cheese and take different varieties (neutral to gratinate Gouda or Emmentaler, goat cheese , Blue cheese, mozzarella, feta …) and then go to the meat counter (a bit of hamburger, pork, chicken and ham). To saturation noodles and potatoes are added, baguette and a fresh salad. Then some more sauces and you have it. For this post we have worked with raclette-grill.net who have provided us with different kinds of fruit and chilli pepper as well as BBQ sauce. Here come favorite recipe combinations with it!
Raclette recipes with fruit mustard and chilli pepper
Mini meatballs with chilli mustard: 300 grams of mixed minced meat, 1 egg, 1 small onion, 1 clove of garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, pepper and a large spoon Chilisenf knead into small meatballs and sauté. This is also possible on the raclette grill, but we have prepared it.
Camembert baguette : roast baguette slices, gratin with camembert and top with raspberry mustard. Very tasty with mulberry mustard or fig mustard.
Friki pan: Mini meatballs with zucchini chips (first roast on the raclette with a little salt and pepper) and paprika with cheese. In addition Chilisenf
Fruity chicken Baguette : marinate chicken in mango sauce and sauté. Roast baguette and top with avocado, tangerines, chicken and mango toppings.
Chicken pan : marinate chicken in mango sauce and sauté. Gratinated with pineapple and spring onions with cheese.
Potatoes with goat’s cheese : potato slices topped with goat’s soft cheese , fresh rosemary and mulberry mustard.
Pear with blue cheese: pieces of pear baked with blue cheese. Serve with salad and honey.
Sweet noodle pan: marinate the chicken in mango sauce and sauté, with noodles and pear baked with cheese.
Pork tenderloin: marinate thin pork tenderloin strips in chili sauce and sauté. Gratinated with cheese and onions with cocktail tomatoes and spring onions.
Wrap goat cheese with air-dried ham on the bone, garnish with rosemary and served with fig mustard: goat cheese in smoked ham.
