We love pizza – and of course Pizza Pieces! They are a great party snack because you can just nibble them with one hand. For you we have made a Pesto and a Hawaii variant. In the Hawaii variant is a super tasty pineapple BBQ sauce which tastes great with all grilled.

Pizza sticks – that’s how it’s done
Be the first to prepare the pizza dough. Mix the lukewarm water with the yeast and sugar and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then gradually stir in flour, oil and salt and knead until an elastic dough is formed. Let the dough go for at least 45 minutes.
For the pesto, you just put all the ingredients in a blender and stir until a creamy pesto emerges.
Cooking pineapple BBQ sauce
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan until glassy. Add all the other ingredients except the starch and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then puree the sauce and then cook it with a bit of starch again to the desired consistency.
Bake pizza sticks
Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into strips. Spread these with pesto or pineapple BBQ sauce. The Hawaiian pizza sticks are also served with ham cubes and pineapple pieces. Wrap the strips around shashlik skewers and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Pour for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven to the desired degree of browning. The pizza sticks taste warm and cold and can simply be warmed up by the campfire when camping.
Enjoy the meal,
