Mmmhh, today there are mini vanilla cupcakes with white ganache. They’re gone in a haps. Even if you have to open your mouth quite a bit, it has become small cupcake turrets.
Vanilla cupcakes with white ganache
Yes, cupcake turrets, of course that was my full intention. Ehhm. I had such a delicious vanilla cake recipe that I imagined so delicious in combination with white ganache that I just baked it once as a mini cupcakes vanilla cupcakes. Have become cupcake turrets then. But delicious. And somehow they look cute, right?
You need that
From the dough I have a tin mini vanilla cupcakes, which are baked with me 18 pieces and 6 large cupcakes. I did not decorate the big cupcakes with Ganache, who wants to increase the amount as a precaution!
For the vanilla cupcakes
- 125 grams of margarine
- 150 grams of sugar
- Mark a vanilla pod
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams of flour
- 1 half packet of baking powder
- Some Milk
For the ganache
- 200 grams of white chocolate
- 100 milliliters of cream
How to do it
Prepare ganache. We start with the ganache, which has to be cold overnight. Just chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Then cook the cream and pour it over the chocolate. Stir the whole thing to a uniform mass and then keep it cold for at least a couple of hours.
Make a mess. It’s quick and easy. Simply mix the ingredients in the order given. Finished. Then bake in the mini-molds and preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes. The big ones need a little longer. Stay tuned and check if the cupcakes are finished, my oven always likes to dawdle, so it can be faster! Let the cupcakes cool down.
Now only assemble. For this you have to first open the ganache again, with the hand mixer, until it is a nice shiny mass. Then put in the piping bag and each turret still a hood!
Small extra: glitter sugar
When I discovered this pin on Pinterest, I immediately ran into the kitchen. Colorful glitter sugar, I had to try it! All you need is sugar and food coloring and I happened to have that there. This is then mixed, sprinkled on a baking tray and comes briefly in the oven. The glitter sugar then had its premiere on the vanilla cupcakes. But it does not glitter with me as much as in the picture. Who knows, Christmas 2013 I might get the whole thing out again, so remind me the Mini Cupcakes namely suspicious of Christmas trees!
Have a nice Sunday, dear ones,
